The practice has a robust complaints
procedure which has been developed in line with
the latest guidelines. We take all complaints
very seriously and hope most concerns can be
sorted out quickly and easily, often at the time
they arise and with the person concerned. If
this is not possible and you wish to make a
complaint please contact us as soon as possible
to aid any investigations that need to be made.
Please send written details of any complaint to
the Practice Manager so that the complaints
procedure can be initiated.
