Routine surgery hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 08.30-18.30
- Friday: 08.30-13.00 and 16.00 -18.30
A receptionist is available for telephone
queries from 08.00-18.30, except Fridays
13.00-16.00 when the surgery is closed.
A doctor remains available for emergencies
when the surgery is closed on a Friday
afternoon, via the normal surgery number.
Some GP appointments are available outside
these times-in the morning from 07.10, in the
evening until 19.00, and on some Saturday
mornings. These extended hours appointments are
for patients who find it difficult to attend
normal surgery times due to work or other
commitments.

On calling the surgery please listen to the
messages carefully as they will assist in
connecting you to the right person or extension.
The system does have a queuing function, please
be patient and your call will be answered as
soon as a receptionist becomes free.
If your call is routine, please try to help
the surgery by NOT calling at the busiest times.
i.e. Monday mornings especially or during
morning surgeries. Afternoons are so much
quieter and the receptionist may have more time
available to assist.

assistance, call the normal surgery
number and your call will be directed
to the ‘Out of
Hours’ service.
