For those patients without transport and
having trouble getting to and from surgery, we
have a small team of volunteer drivers who, with
notice, collect and return patients to their
home for appointments at the surgery (Read

A minimum £2 is charged for
this service to cover petrol costs.
For further details, availability and
booking please ask the receptionist at the
time of booking the appointment.
Transport needs to be booked one week in
advance to enable drivers to be notified.
