We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and what you think about the services we provide.
To help us with this we are developing further our Patient Participation Group (PPG) so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We would like to set up a “virtual” group and will contact you via email. However, there is an alternative option, which is to maintain contact by post. Our aim is to keep surveys etc. succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
The group meets from time to time to discuss the results of surveys etc. If you would like to be part of this group please contact the practice.
We aim to gather as many patients as we can from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email (or by mail) please click the link to the right and complete all fields, alternatively contact Mrs Leigh Frost (Practice Manager). Forms are also available from reception.
