Due to the impact of COVID-19 over the past year all GP practices, including ourselves, are now experiencing unprecedented demand for appointments. We are doing everything we can to support patients during this difficult time, but please be aware that we have a finite number of appointments to offer, so sometimes we are not able to offer you an appointment in your preferred timeframe. We realise that this is frustrating but please can we ask you are patient and polite with the Reception staff as they doing their very best during these challenging times.
The reception team will always ask for a reason for your call and this is to enable them to offer you to the best possible clinician and time frame taking into account our current constraints.
