AccuRX enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients.
This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.
AccuRX is designed to make it easier and more convenient for you to receive advice from the surgery.
Your online query will be reviewed and you will be advised within 1 working day of how this will be actioned. This may be any of the following -
- Advice from a GP or pharmacist via text or email
- A referral to a local pharmacy
- Telephone or face to face appointment with a GP, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, mental health practitioner or physiotherapist.
