At our practice, we value your feedback and are committed to making improvements based on what you tell us.

Thanks to suggestions from our patients and our Patient Participation Group, we have recently:

• Added a staff photo display board to help you put faces to names.
• Installed a doorbell at the main entrance to make it easier for patients who are unable to use the front door independently.
• Reviewed feedback from our flu and COVID vaccination clinics and made changes to improve future clinics ahead of the autumn vaccination programme.
