Volunteer Drivers

At Fallodon Way Medical Centre we are very fortunate to have a group of patients to are willing to give their time to transport patients to and from their appointments at the surgery. 

A lift with one of the drivers can be requested through one of our Health Navigators. This needs to be made in advance as we cannot take bookings at short notice ie. the week of the appointment. 

One of the drivers will contact you ahead of your appointment to discuss the plan for collection and discuss information about your mobility and mobility aids you use. 

Please note that there is  a small fee of £4 which can be given to a Health Navigator when arriving for your appointment.
