Graham PriceSenior Practice Pharmacist: Graham comes to Fallodon way surgery with 10 years experience of community pharmacy. Following this he has also worked in many different surgeries as a Primary Care pharmacist for the last few years dealing with patient and health professional medicines queries, improving medicines management and repeat prescription ordering processes. Graham's current role in the surgery is to help patients with medicines queries, ensuring data flows in and out of the surgery efficiently, including facilitating the hospital discharge process. He is also about to start osteoporosis clinics, reducing risk of further fractures in such patients and ensuring they are taking the correct treatment.  His extended role as an independent prescriber reduces workload for GP’s and also improves access for advice for patients at this surgery and their ability to access medication they need.
Alison Alvey and Steve JonesOur two visiting pharmacists are highly experienced and are able to offer detailed advice on all aspects of medication use, including what your tablets are for and how to best to take them. Available for face to face consultations (on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings respectively). If you have any questions or concerns about your medication you can book an appointment with them directly by calling reception. We also encourage all patients who have recently been in hospital, and whose medication has changed as a result, to see the pharmacists to discuss the changes.
